Terms of Service
Before placing a commission please make sure to carefully read the following!
General
Feel free to send me a DM if you have any questions!! <331. I don't accept rush negotiations. I am still a student, I will inform you if I put your comms on hold.1.5. Rush Orders will be subject to 50% increase of the total price.2. I have the right to decline a commission due to: personal reasons, you are not clear/sure with what you want, you don't respond within 24 hours, if I might not be able to meet your standards.3. You will be notified through your preferred social media account when I will begin to work on your commission upon placing your down payment.4. Screenshots of Work in Progress (WIP) will be given to the client to review. Changes can be negotiated before I continue working.5. Commission for original characters must provide references. You can also send me reference poses that fits to your liking.6. You may use my artwork for any social media purposes, as long as you will credit my artwork or link my account. I reserve the right to post my work on any type of my social media accounts.7. Commercial work will be subject to 20% increase of the total price.8. Non-commercial work will be for personal use only. Do not profit off of it nor use it commercially. You are not allowed to use my art for NFT (Non-fungible Tokens) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) use. You cannot: claim my art as yours, trace, edit, filter, or edit. Credit me as the original artist.9. The commission process may take between 2 days to 3 weeks MAX AFTER the down payment has been made and the draft approved.10. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms I have presented.
Payment Rules
At least 50% down payment (DP) is required before I start on the client's commission. However, it is not guaranteed that I will begin work immediately since I am a student who has studies as a priority.Full payment is required once the commission is completed. The client will receive the final work once fully paid.The client must pay up front. After the payment has been received, I will begin/continue working.Kindly no refunds and no cancellations.Additional fees (+85 php) may be added for the following: Armors, complicated weapons, extremely patterned outfits.
